Shipping
We offer fast and secure express shipping via Australia Post and trusted courier services on all orders over the minimum amount shown at checkout. Once your shipping labels are generated, you will receive your tracking details via the email address provided at checkout.
To ensure smooth delivery, please:
- Monitor your tracking to know when to expect your package
- Be available to accept delivery or arrange collection from your local depot or authorised drop-off agent
- Note that re-delivery charges or administration fees may apply if the parcel is not collected or accepted
If you have not received your tracking details within 24–48 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder, particularly if you are using a government (.gov), non-profit (.org), or corporate email.
International Orders
For international shipments, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Aduro Australia is not liable for these charges.
