We highly recommend using our deeply nourishing and hydrating transparent Collagen masks frequently with your facial light treatment for amplified results (most of our tribe use a Collagen  masks as part of their facial regime 1-3 times per week). Our Collagen masks are lightweight, packed with essential Vitamins and are instantly hydrating for a deeply nourishing effect. Suitable for all skin types including Acneic as they are water based and not oil based.

Although we highly recommend using our Collagen masks to enhance your results, creating a Collagen Infused LED facial, you can use your LED Mask alone as our LED mask is always working at the deeper cellular level regardless of using our Collagen masks.  The benefit of using both is that you can achieve results much faster by applying our products topically (on the surface of the skin) that are pushed deeper into the skin - beauty from the outside in, while our medical grade LED’s work on beauty from the inside out! For best results use 1 x 20 minute session, 3-5 days per week with a 2 day rest period (important for rejuvenation).

We recommend sticking to one colour session, achieve the desired result and then move on to your secondary skin concern.

The deepest treatment is our skin booster which combines red and near infrared light.

Once you are happy with your results, you can cut back to 1-2 sessions per week as maintenance.

Light therapy is generally well tolerated; however, it may not be suitable for everyone. Certain medical conditions, medications, and sensitivities can increase your skin’s or eyes’ sensitivity to light.

Before commencing light therapy, please consult your doctor, dermatologist, or healthcare practitioner if you have, or have previously had, any of the following conditions:

What Warranty Is Included with My Purchase?

All Aduro Australia devices include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase, as it will be required for any warranty claim.

In the event of a replacement or repair, the original warranty period remains unchanged and continues from the original purchase date.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Water damage
• Unauthorised modifications
• Misuse or accidental damage
• Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions

We aim to process warranty claims as quickly as possible; however, during periods of high demand, assessment and processing may take 14–28 business days from receipt of the returned product. Additional delays may occur during public holidays and office closures.

Are Personal LED Masks Covered by Warranty if Used Professionally?

Aduro Australia Personal LED Masks are designed for personal home use by a single user and are not intended for professional or income-generating purposes.

Where a Personal LED Mask is used in a professional setting, the standard 12-month warranty will be reduced to 6 months.

Due to strict hygiene and infection-control protocols, all products are supplied sealed. Once the seal has been opened and the product has been used, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
